In commemorating the centennial of America’s military involvement in World War I, the Delta Cultural Center in historic downtown Helena has created an exhibition, "Over Here and There: the Sons and Daughters of Arkansas’s Delta at War," honoring the men and women of Arkansas’s delta counties who answered the nation’s call to military service in 1917 and 1918.

The exhibition is now at the Delta Cultural Center (DCC), 141 Cherry Street, in historic downtown Helena-West Helena. It will continue through Saturday, February 2, 2019.  You still have time to see this amazing tribute! The DCC is open from 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Tuesdays through Saturdays. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Admission is free. Donations are accepted.
